Christopher Pittman
Christopher
Pittman was 12 when his grandparents Joe Frank Pittman,
and Joy Roberts Pittman, were shot Nov. 2001, as they
slept in their Chester County home. Chris was tried as
an adult, found guilty & sentenced to 30 years in S.C
.Attorneys are working on a Supreme Court appeal on
Chris's behalf. |

Tyler W. Edmonds
13-year-old
Tyler W. Edmonds convicted and sentenced to 50
years. Appeal has been won, Tyler is out on
bond awaiting a new trial |

"Tyler's Bill has passed the Mississippi house and has
now gone to the senate. The bill will benefit juveniles
in the future if passed in the state senate. |

Rebecca Falcon
Currently
serving a sentence of Life without Parole at Lowell
Women's Prison in Lowell, Florida. The crime
occurred when she was 15-years-old. She was
convicted of principal to 1st degree felony murder
for the killing of a cabdriver. Rebecca has a
clemency hearing soon. |

Andy Williams
15 year old,
sentenced to 50 years in prison for a high school
shooting incident in California. Abuse by most at his
school in various ways. NO ONE has answered at his
school as to why they never stopped it. |

Joshua Phillips, Florida
Was just 14 years old
when he was arrested and charged with the murder of his
8 yr old neighbor. Josh was tried as an adult, at 15 he
was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to a
mandatory life in prison without any parole.

Kenneth Bartley (14) TN
Kenneth is
being held in a juvenile detention center without
bail for a school shooting, charged with several
delinquent acts, including 1st degree murder in the
fatal shooting of one assistant principal and
for seriously wounding two other faculty members. He
will be tried as an adult. |

Deceased. Hung himself in Florida jail for fear of

Tried as an adult and found
guilty of murder. He would spend the rest of his
life in prison without the possibility of parole, being
incarcerated in a secure juvenile facility until he
reached the age of 21 |

16 year old Krista, held
as an adult in Charleston, SC, for 2 years
without a competent attorney, charged with
murder during a store robbery. UPDATE 11/04-She
was sentence (thru a plea bargain) for 30 yrs
prison w/out parole-now in Greenwood, SC
She is currently
awaiting a court hearing on sentence
reduction/release in Sept. 2007 |
